I Bought a Subscription, but the App Asks Me to Pay Again

You don't need to pay again to start using the app. In this case, you need to follow the instructions below:

  1. Delete the app.

  2. Install it again using this link for an iOS or this link for an Android device.

  3. Sign in on the very first screen.

  4. Use your email and one-time code sent to the email address.
