How to Use the App on Another Device

If you’d like to access your account on a different device, you can easily log in using the same email address connected to your subscription.

Important Note

If you purchased your subscription through the App Store, you can only use the app on devices that are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase.

Step 1: Install the App

Download and install the app on your new device:

Step 2: Sign In

  1. Open the app.

  2. On the first screen, tap the SIGN IN button.

  3. Enter the email address you used when purchasing your subscription.

  4. Tap Continue.

We’ll send a one-time login code to your email inbox.

If you don’t see the email, please check your Spam, Promotions, or Updates folders, as it may have been filtered there.

Step 3: Enter the Code

Enter the one-time code you received to complete the login process.
