When purchasing the subscription through the App Store, the prioritized payment method will be used.
The first payment card that you add to Apple Wallet on a device becomes your default card for that device. When you add more cards, you can change your default card:
Open the Wallet app.
Touch and hold the payment card that you want to set as your default card.
Drag the card in front of your other cards.

When purchasing a subscription through the Google Play Store, the payment method associated with your Google account will be used. Google Play typically charges your default payment method first. To view or change your payment methods:
Open the Google Play Store app.
Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
Select Payments & subscriptions.
Tap Payment methods.
To add a new payment method, follow the on-screen instructions.
To manage your existing payment methods or change your default payment method, tap More payment settings. This will open your Google Payments account, where you can update the order of your payment methods and set your preferred payment option.
Once your preferred payment method is set, future subscription purchases and renewals will be charged to that method unless otherwise specified.
