I See Two or More Formula Care Charges — What Happened?

If you see two or more charges from "Formula Care", "FORMULA-APP.COM", or "FJOR Nutrition", here are the four reasons this happens — and how to fix each one.

Note: several charges appearing on the same day can trigger a fraud alert from your bank — that's your bank being cautious, not necessarily a duplicate payment.

Before disputing anything with your bank — contact us. We can see every charge on our side, explain each line, and refund anything that shouldn't be there within 24 hours.

1. Subscription + add-on (one-time)

One charge is your Formula subscription; the other is an optional one-time add-on selected at checkout — a workbook bundle, meal plan, or workout plan ($25–$47). The add-on is not a subscription and will not repeat.

Didn't mean to buy the add-on? We'll refund it — no questions, within 24 hours: see Why Was I Charged $47 by Formula?

2. Subscription upgrade

If you accepted an upgrade offer, you may see an additional charge that completes the price of the upgraded plan. Your account should show one active subscription after an upgrade — if you see more than one, that's case 3 below.

3. Two active subscriptions (charges repeat every period)

If a double charge repeats each billing period, two subscriptions are active on your account. This can happen if a duplicate subscription was purchased accidentally for the same account, or if a second account was created with a separate subscription.

This is our problem to fix, not yours: email [email protected] with a screenshot of the charges — we'll find both subscriptions, close the duplicate, and refund the duplicate charges.

4. Failed, pending, or retried payment attempt

Sometimes a payment attempt is declined or stays "pending" while another attempt succeeds. A declined or pending attempt is not always a completed charge — depending on your bank, it may disappear from your statement within a few days or remain visible as declined. If it doesn’t, please send us a screenshot of the payment details at [email protected] so we can check the transaction from our side.

How to check your payments

For subscription charges, we send an email with subscription confirmation and invoice details to the email address used during registration. If you cannot find it, please also check your spam or junk folder.

Still unsure — or a charge is wrong?

Send a screenshot showing the charge name, date, amount, and transaction details to [email protected] or via our support chat — we reply within 24 hours. If a charge turns out to be a duplicate or a mistake, we'll refund it. There's no need to open a bank dispute — writing to us is faster.
