The $47 charge (or $25–$47, depending on the offer) is an optional one-time add-on offered during Formula checkout — a workbook bundle, meal plan or workout plan. It is not part of your subscription and it will not repeat: add-ons are single purchases, billed once.
That's why you may see two Formula charges on the same day — one for your
subscription plan and a separate line for the add-on. Both lines come from us (shown as "Formula Care", "FORMULA-APP.COM", or "FJOR Nutrition" — learn more here: Seeing "FJOR Nutrition" or "Formula.care" charge on Your Bank or PayPal Statement?
Two same-day charges sometimes trigger a bank fraud alert — that's your bank being cautious, not a duplicate payment.
We know this checkout step has confused people. The add-on is only charged when it's selected at checkout, but the screen didn't always make that clear — we're sorry, and we've been reworking it so every add-on purchase is explicit and easy to review before payment.
Didn't mean to buy it? We'll refund it
If you didn't intend to purchase an add-on, email [email protected] with the words "add-on refund" (or use the button below). We'll refund the add-on — no questions, within 24 hours. There's no need to dispute the charge with your bank or file a complaint anywhere — writing to us is the fastest way to get your money back.
An add-on refund does not affect your subscription: your Formula plan stays active, only the workbook purchase is reversed.

Your workbook may be more useful than you expect. To find what you purchased:
Check the emails you received from us after checkout, including your spam or junk folder — one of them should contain the workbook links.
If you can’t find the email or the links don’t work, contact us — we’ll resend the workbook links to you.
