This charge is from Formula (formula.care) — our nutrition and weight-loss app. FJOR Nutrition, Inc is our legal company name, which is why it can appear on your bank or PayPal statement instead of "Formula".
Depending on how you paid, the charge may appear as:
FORMULA.CARE
FORMULA-APP.COM
FJOR NUTRITION INC
PAYPAL*FORMULACARE
BT*Formula-App.com
FORMULA-AP* TRIAL APP
AplPay FORMULA-APP.COM
FORMULA APP
We know the old name was confusing. Until August 2026, most charges appeared as "FJOR NUTRITION INC", and many customers didn't connect that name to the Formula app. We've changed the descriptor to FORMULA CARE so charges are easier to recognize. If you're looking at an older statement line, that's why the name looks unfamiliar.
Before contacting your bank — contact us. We can find any charge and resolve it (including refunds) within 24 hours, which is faster than a bank dispute.
Why the charge may look unfamiliar
The most common reasons:
It's a renewal. Formula subscriptions renew automatically (monthly, quarterly, or yearly, depending on your plan). If you subscribed months ago, the recent charge can be a renewal of that plan.
A trial renewed into the next subscription period. The 7-day trial renews automatically unless auto-renewal is canceled before the trial period ends.
It's an add-on. During checkout you may have accepted an optional one-time purchase — a meal-plan or workout workbook — billed separately from the subscription.
It's an upgrade. If you accepted an upgrade offer, you may see an additional charge to complete the cost of the upgraded subscription.
The confirmation email was missed. Sign-in instructions and the invoice are emailed right after purchase, but they often land in spam — so the purchase can feel like it "didn't happen".
Someone in your household subscribed using your card or PayPal.
Step 1 — Find your account and subscription
The fastest way — on the web, no app needed:
Click the button below and sign in with the email you used at purchase (check the exact address on your emailed receipt — a typo at checkout means the account lives under that typo).
You'll see your plan, next renewal date, and management options.
Or in the app: Profile → Manage Subscriptions. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play and sign in with your email address used for the registration — a one-time code will be sent to it.
Can't sign in, or it says your account doesn't exist? Send us a screenshot of the charge (name, date, amount, transaction ID or invoice number) — we can locate any account from the charge itself.
Step 2 — Stop future charges
How you're billed determines where to cancel:
Your statement shows GOOGLE* — the subscription is billed by Google Play. Cancel it in the Play Store: profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Formula → Cancel.
Your statement shows APPLE.COM/BILL — billed by Apple. Cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Formula → Cancel.
Your statement shows FORMULA.CARE, FORMULA-APP.COM, FJOR NUTRITION, PAYPAL*FORMULACARE, BT*Formula-App.com, FORMULA-AP* TRIAL APP, AplPay FORMULA-APP.COM, FORMULA APP — you bought on our website. Cancel in Profile → Manage Subscriptions or with the button below. You'll receive a cancellation confirmation email within minutes — that email is your proof the subscription is off. If you are not logged in, the website may ask you to sign in with your registration email before you can view your subscription and take further actions.
Cancelling stops all future renewals; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
If you never signed up for Formula
If you're sure you (and no one in your household) never subscribed: email [email protected] with a screenshot of the charge (name, date, amount, transaction ID or invoice number). We’ll investigate the payment and review your refund request according to our Refund Policy. There’s no need to open a bank dispute before contacting us.
Refunds and contacting us
To request a refund, check a charge, or get help with your subscription:
Email: [email protected]
In-app chat, or the chat on our website
We reply within 24 hours. We don't offer phone support — any phone number for "Formula Care customer service" published on other websites is not ours; email and chat are the only official channels.
Refund requests are reviewed under our Refund Policy.
