Access Your Meal Plan
To find your Meal Plan, tap Meals on the Today screen and swipe left to the Meal Plan tab. The plan is designed to cover 2 weeks and will automatically refresh after that period.
View Your Macros
The app is designed to give you a clear overview of your daily nutrition and progress in one place. On the Today screen, you can view your macro and calorie summary, including how much protein, fat, carbohydrates, and total calories you have consumed.
Tap the macros section to open a detailed view. There you can review:
Your target macros and calories
Your current intake
A breakdown of your daily progress
Log Meals
Logging meals is fast and straightforward. To log food:
Open the Today screen and tap the Check Food button at the bottom.
Add food items by:
Scanning a Barcode – quickly log packaged foods.
Taking a Photo of Your Plate – capture your meal visually.
Review your logged items and see updated macros and calories.
You can also log meals using the Search by Name feature.
On the Today screen, tap the Plus button next to the meal time.
Use Search by Name to find the food you want to log.
Select foods from your search results or from items you’ve recently logged.
Add individual items or create custom meals for easier tracking in the future.
Check your macros and calories as you log to monitor progress.
Track Your Weight
To record your weight:
Tap the Scales icon on the Today screen.
Select the appropriate date.
Enter your weight.
Your entries are saved and can be used to monitor changes over time.
Explore Insights and Recipes
Visit the Insights section for educational content and guidance.
Visit the Meals section for meal ideas and inspiration.
These sections are designed to support consistent tracking and informed decision-making.
