To log a product using plate scanning, click the Check Food button on your Today screen and choose Food.
If you don’t see the Check Food button in your app, tap the + button next to the relevant meal time on the Today screen, then select Scan Food (the Camera icon).
Point your camera at the meal, or choose a photo from your Gallery.
Make sure the food is within the white frame. The app will automatically detect the product from our database and display it on your screen. Enter the amount you need and tap +Log.
If the scanned product is not in our database, the app will automatically switch to creating a food item.
