To calculate your macros (daily rate of carbs, fat, protein, calories), you need to use the function Improve Macros.
Go to your Profile, select Daily Macros, and choose Improve your daily limits.
Enter all your data (gender, age, height, weight, activity level) and tap Calculate.
If your data—like weight or activity level—has changed, we recommend recalculating your macros, as this isn’t done automatically.
