The Intermittent Fasting feature helps you follow a structured fasting schedule and monitor your progress directly from the app.

Getting Started

To use this feature, first activate Intermittent Fasting from the Your Diet List in Profile. Once enabled, a new Fasting section becomes available in your profile.

Open Profile and tap Fasting to access your fasting settings.

Configure Your Fasting Plan

In the Fasting menu, you can:

  • Enable the Fasting Tracker to display fasting progress on the Today screen.

  • Select a fasting program:

    • 14:10 — 14 hours fasting, 10 hours eating

    • 16:8 — 16 hours fasting, 8 hours eating

    • 18:6 — 18 hours fasting, 6 hours eating

  • Choose the time your fasting period begins.

The app automatically calculates your fasting and eating windows based on the selected program and start time.

Track Your Progress

When the Fasting Tracker is enabled, your current fasting status and schedule are displayed on the Today screen, making it easy to stay aligned with your chosen plan.

You can update your program, start time, or tracker settings at any time from the Fasting menu.
