How to Attach a Photo in Support Chat

If you need to share a photo or screenshot with us about an issue, you can easily upload it in our support chat. Just open the support chat and click the Send us a message button.

Then click the picture icon, choose the photo you need from your album, and click Add.

If the photos are not available, you need to allow access to them in the settings of your device.
