If you are using the Apple Health app, you can sync your data with our app. ​To enable synchronization, go to the Profile tab and swipe the Connect Apple Health slider.

To change Apple Health Data Settings, open the Health app, go to your Profile, and then to Apps.

Choose the Formula App and swipe the sliders you need.

If you are using the Google Health app, you can sync your data with our app. ​To enable synchronization, go to the Profile tab and swipe the Health Connect slider.

To change Health Data Settings, open the Health Connect app, go to App permissions.
